well, the title basically sez it all here.
there are certain buttons that are so rarely used that it would make sense for them to get put to some better uses.
now - as it stands today, DELETE is f4 while in either 8 or 16 grid mode. however, it gets obscurred when you push the TC button, SHIFT, or EVENT when in the grid modes.
this is inconvenient, ESPECIALLY when in F2 (EVENT) in 8 pad mode. you have to back out of EVENT to delete an unwanted note. this is inconvenient when you're doing smalltime step edit like adjustments. and no, i don't want to use step edit.
so i thought - what button does not get used while in Grid Edit?
