Recording Qlink to direct recorded tracks

Has anyone been able to record q link fader movements to tracks 61+. It would be nice if you could send your direct recorded tracks through the filter and then record q link fader movements. Maybe you can but I haven't been able to figure it out.

I don't think you can do anything like that, but it would be nice.
For now I think the work around is to trigger the sample from the direct record track from a regular drum track and then overdub filter sweeps or whatever. It a bit of a flow killer though.
