Sonar 6 and 1k

any one have thier mpc1k synced to sonar 6? im getting some wierd stuff when i try and sync it and i hit play or record it plays a part of my loaded sample as metrenome any help would be appreciated its nerver racking lol i have to disconnect my midi cables to work lol

I am trying to figure it out for the next release of my manual... by now I don't want to get into it, coz I am working on some beats... but be sure I put this on my to do list...
