recording?

im trying to record my song to resample it, main out... but my sequence is all messed up like the timings all messed up but it plays good in the main page its just in record mode... the only thing weird i got going is i decided to use the direct record tracks instead of just sampling the vocals and placeing them like i usually do... it worked great except for this but i need this to work... any ideas?

ok let me rephrase, has anybody had any trouble when there recording internaly and its a somewhat complicated sequence with a vocal track on the direct record tracks? c'mon guys.....post!!
