I try to convert simple 9 parts Song into Seq- :intro, A,B, bridge.........outro and I get message "insufficient memory" I did purge The 128 RAM came with the machine if it was bad wouldnt be able to keep all the samples anyway, ist MPCs memory so weak or I am missing something.

do you have more than 24 minutes of mono samples (or 12 stereo) in your mpc ram at the same time?

The whole song is not even 7 minutes- just checked recording it in stereo shows 7 minutes left, my programs are a bit heavy obviously., I guess it was/is the midi memory, cleaned up everything I could and it worked. I am just freshly getting back to past decades technology, being economical with them MBs voices etc etc.. It is challanging and have advantage of "forced" simplicity and clarity.
Very interesting, Being in the process of what i could do with MPC as exercise writting entire song using MPC only, I want to complete the whole song without computer only MPC and G2. Almost ready, now have to put the main melody only and solo. But then will record the main into computer.
