(mode) 13

there you can copy and move (curser in the left top corner and search with the wheel)

set the begin time and the end time in the left field of the screen and set the track and sequence in the left field

I am away from home so didn't got the time to check it out

correct me if I am wrong

Greetings

hi, i think you need to check that the tracks are both midi or drum tracks,
if they are not, the track copies the name etc but no musical data,

so if its a midi track you wanna copy, set the destination track to be a midi track, likewise for the drum track copy.

hope this is accurate, i too am away from myMPC.

I have the OS. I will even give JJ/Akai/who ever...$30 for the broken OS they plan to release next month.

But I will not use the OS for any serious work. I use it to trouble shoot the OS. The Akai 1.22 OS is pretty solid for what I need my MPC to do. Never crashed on me..never lost a project...doesn't freeze or hiccup.

Its been reported that JJ will release an OS next month for the MPC 2500 that is indentical to the one that he/she/they produced for the 1000...you will have to pay to completely use it.
