Read his page for starters. There's a link to use if you don't receive the password in 24h (that's hours, not minutes). I suppose he ain't wired in all day long, dig?

Remember, you are dealing with Japan. Your first post was at 1:40pm EST. That equals to 3:40AM in Japan. He's probably sleep. Give him time. You will definately receive it as we all have. What time did you send it to him and also check the status of the payment in Paypal.

i had the same problem to the point i realized it was blocked by
