Copy a drum sample

Hi I just installed the new os and works well but how do you copy a kick and snare like say i lay down a kick and then want the 808 bass to be the same as kick how can i just get them to play at the same time.

Maybe layer them?

how do i do that

hit mode - program (pad 7) then go to "sample" and hit a pad, and there are 3 slots avalable under it. this is where you can layer the samples with other samples.
