Problems with Paypal..

I've decided to switch from the OS 2.10 (Akai) to JJ OS 4.30, after i've played around with new os. So now I want to buy the password. But my paypal is bitching at me.. i get this message when I try to add funds to my account:

"Add funds is Not available

PayPal does not currently offer the ability to add funds from your bank account.

When you make a payment, PayPal charges the buyer's credit card and instantly credits the seller's PayPal account."

And that's been the case for the last couple of days..

Anybody know what's going on?
I've tried to write them but haven't got a response yet..

ask paypal

you don't need to add funds prior to a purchase.
just buy the thing, and then paypal wil charge your account or CC.

(you did register a card when you created your account, right?)

I forgot that iv'e got a new creditcard since the last time i used Paypal. Problem solved.
