filter enveloppe bug ?

yesterday i was trying the filter enveloppe.
on the right there are "velocity to time", "velocity to frequency", "velocity to amount"

"velocity to frequency" works ok.
but "velocity to amount" does not seem to work. and i am not sure about "velocity to time".

and is the enveloppe only a decay ? i did not fully understand the way it works (i am more used of normal AD, or ADSR enveloppe)

could someone using these features comment on that ?

Make sure u havent raised the amount to max already, the there cant be anything added
