Am I the only one who misses being able to hit the GOTO Button and input a specific time location?
While JJ does allow you to assign GOTO to a PAD, it only allows you to move to a pre-determined bar.
The way it is now doesn't really help with your editing like it does on Akai MPC's.

It would certainly be nice to have that feature back although I never developped a habit of using it so I don't miss it that much...since we got a button for it it would be nice to have it back though.

wouldn't it be cool if you could hit "goto" and then one of the 16 pads to trigger predefined places in your beats?

it'd temporarily not allow you to hit the pads while the sequence is running, but it'd be a great thing for mpc pad beat juggling.

Me personally the only thing I want to be able to do with the 16-pads that's not available is to mute samples instead of tracks.
It would be really useful if you could turn samples on and off like tracks.

What JJ should give us is when you use the GOTO button or assign it to a PAD, pressing it should bring up the field for you to input the actual time you want to go to.
That's just something that is very useful in step and now grid.
