nudging notes up/down in piano roll

here's my chance to get 'rtfm'ed

i don't use grid mode much, yet, but I was trying to figure out how to select a note and change the pitch...

the quickest way is
-overdub
-scroll to the note
-hit 'edit'
-go to the 'note' field and change it.... do i have that right?

is there a keypress to just bump the note up or down in pitch without the extra button pushes?

Nope, not yet. I have been asking for this quite a while myself now, also (and especially) in the MIDI view, which I mostly use for drum programming.

once you are there, if you [shift] + [step >] you go to the next note while staying in edit and the pitch field stayed hilighted. can save a bit of time if few notes are needed to be changed.
