Using 16 levels to change pitch keeping same tempo.

Hi

I am running JJ OS 4.44A.

I have a guitar wave sample runing in D at tempo 95. I thougth I could use the 16 levels option to get this guitar running in C or E in the same 95 tempo. So not. Well, if I play in C it plays a bit slower, and in E a bit faster. I don't fancy that. Any options to get this to work like in the 2500 demonstration in Youtube?? Thanks.

I think it might be possible if you chop the sample and convert it to a 'Patched Phrase' instead of 'Sliced Samples'

When you do this it asks for an original tempo, and then when you 16-Levels it, it should timestretch when it shifts the pitch and keep the same tempo.

you could pitch shift the whole sample in chop shop

or chop it to sliced samples and tune em, its fun

both of those methods would increase the tempo (speed) would they not.
