Copy PGM Problem/Question

I am starting to messing with using duplication of the same PGM, but filtered in different ways.
I thought that would be possible to Copy one program to another one and be just fine...but when i apply filters to PGM 1 also PGM 2 (that has got the same samples) is filtered too...
Any solutions??

Rename it or use a blank program.

Yeah, try renaming it(although, this really shouldn't be an issue 'cause when you copy a pgm, you have to rename it). If that doesn't work, that might be a bug, and that's gonna really suck if it's a bug...(I could have swore that I did the same thing and it all worked fine for me, though)

havent u used the same track or copy of THAT track for 2nd pgm?
