Does anyone know if there is a pdf of the manual? It would be much easier to print and read a hard copy.

Your best bet is to just go to the online manual select each page and print it out.
I asked about the manual being done in PDF and never got a response.
Still at the price of $30 or free, just printing the pages from the htm is that bad.
