Midi thru

Any chance of setting up midi thru on the mpc1000 with JJ OS??

I need kbd A to play both kbd B and the MPC, and I want kbd A to play boh kbd B and the MPC (sometimes I use the MPC as sampleplayback).

And yes - both kbd have only midi inn + out - and no thru whatsoever.

If not poss, I need to watch out for a midi merge/thru box I guess.

i have 4 synths on my mpc. and the one with a real keyboard can play all of them. no need for midi-trough. it's easy, just switch the track in your mpc to the midi-out or drum pgm you want to play... and play it with the keyboard!

That is MPC midi thru. You are using the function in the "AS TRACK" mode.
