Can´t manage to buy JJ OS or recieve the password

Hi everyone i tried to buy the JJ OS a couple of times, but everytime i submit the order i´m linked to a site with some japanese signs and not the mentioned paypal site i should be linked to. Thus i can´t recieve a password or pay the 30$. It´s driving me mad.
I send a "can´t recieve a password" mail to JJ a couple of times but got no answer.
I´m not in the US (maybe the problem?)

Das ist überhaupt kein Problem. Es funktioniert auch in Deutschland. Habe selbst JJ OS seit 2 Wochen drauf.

1. Eröffne auf der Deutschen Pay Pal Seite ein Pay Pal Konto
2. Klicke auf der JJ Seite auf die engl. Übersetzung
3 Gehe auf " How to get a Password"
4. Es öffnet sich dann die engl Pay Pal Seite.
5. Login auf Pay Pal
5. Du wirst autom. zum Deutschen Pay Pal weitergeleitet.
6. folge den Anweisungen.
7. Ganz wichtig !!!! Du kannst nicht direkt über Pay Pal überweisen, sondern über Deine Bank, die das Geld zu Pay Pal überweist.
8. Das schaffst Du schon !!

9. Das ganze dauert max 3 Tage und Du hast das Passwort !

But nothing! Even when i send a "cannot recieve a password mail" and submit it all i see is this bullsh!t:
