Feature Request - Polyphony indicator on main page

Hi, I had a possible feature request for JJ that I thought would be a welcome addition for live performance. I use a lot of long form single shot samples in my performances and I'm always a bit worried about running out of polyphony. I actually really like JJ's polyphony indicator page but it's not very useable where it currently is. JJ, would it be possible to do something very minimal on the front sequencer page? I have attached a a photoshopped image to show what I mean. 32 simple pixels along the top main screen always indicating the current polyphony. This would be a great way to gauge your polyphony in realtime!

nice one. or even instead of dots, how about just numbers? that way it'd only take up as much space as it takes to type "32" - plus that way you don't have to count the dots.

Numbers are a good idea too but when your hitting your machine like crazy it might be tough to read if the number's changing like crazy. ?? Here's a second attempt. I put a border around the physical space a 32 pixel indicator would require. This way, the border gives you a visual of all 32 notes. Also, I was toying with a black square that would come up if you went past let's say 25 notes. Now, you have an indicator that you're getting close to maxing out your polyphony. This might iritate some folks so maybe there's a function to turn the whole thing off or on.

Ok, here's one more shot. A smaller set of pixels off next to the time measure. Same as above. As you reach 32 there's a bar that would come on indicating your getting close.

Maybe I'll go ahead and do a formal submission?

i'm not sure how much scope there is for having individual pixels drawn on the main screen. just warning you but hopefully i'll be proved wrong, as i think it's a great idea.
