autochromatic changes the tune in the tune parameter and creates a new program

16 levels imposes tune on the qlink parameter (takes up your recorded note's qlink data)

16 levels is the poor man's qlink

don't really agree on that...it's really powerful (would be great if we could assign many parameters into 16 levels(eg: pitch +velocity edit ...)
but i know about the os memory...




























i really don't care about realtime pitchshifting :arrow:

heh yeah i don't use it either but whatever
nah i just never find myself using 16 levels esp when a qlink is so much faster to me. - plus more specific cuz you can set hi and lo values. 16 levels when you're working on a short drum sound and trying to do 16 levels attack you can only use the first 3 pads - the first being no attack, the 2nd being medium, and the third being ultra hard attack

OF COURSE if we could set HIGH and LOW values for 16 levels like you can in QLINK mode...that'd be different. it'd no longer be poor man's anything.
