lost my product id for my mpc 1000

ok i got my mpc 1000 in the mail and went str8 to the jj os where i upgraded to 3.06 .. i am now ready to get the updated version and pay the 30 fo it .. but .. wen i press mode f3 it doesnt show my product id ... i failed to realize i needed it before i upgraded to 3.06 with the understanding i didnt need it til i was ready to pay ... can someone help me find my product id thanx in advance im losin my head reading forums manuals and looking all over it myself ...

You need to install the pay version first. Then when you try to save , the ID will come up. The ID will not show up in 3.06. Only 4.xx
