Working with Grid Edit

Hey I been using Grid Edit for a while, and everytime I put tc off. My drums are still quantized. How do I shut this off when I play drums. And set them back on when I want my melodys quantized. Im workin with tc only, I havent been playing with shift or swing. Help me out ppl! lol

In grid Im tryin to see atleast 1 bar while tc is off. And IF i try to make it look smaller about 1/16th everything gets quantized. And I cant edit in ticks 11 before or after. Help out there

I just tested editing inside the Grid without note Quantization (v. 4.72). Well, I turned quantize off the same way as you do on the main screen: pressing NOTE REPEAT and the turning it off by pressing the Note length highlited. After that, the grid gets very huge, because it displays ALL 96 TICKS inside a bar now. Then I could move tick for tick inside the grid and also record without notes beeing quantized. So I don't know exactly what your problem is?!
