JJos LFO help required

Need help with LFO, I think it does not work. Playing with settings on a sample and it does not effect the sample at all I think its not working I change the parameters but the sample till sounds the same. Any one have any ideas ?

yeah me too..... I dont get the hang of it... I've read about LFO on tweak head but I still dont understand...
