does anyone know of a way to copy sequence data between pads?
say you wanna t ake A1's note-ons and paste them to A12?
I have yet to find this function.

You mean copy layer data?

in seq edit you can use transpose for that.

it will change just the pad number. (A1 to A12 for instance)

thats true, but the data is MOVED to the new pad, not copied.
I'm looking for a way to replicate performance on a pad-any pad- and copy it to any other pad. its funny, it seems to me this a key feature, for data BESIDES note on as well. for ex: you perform a realtime resonance and cutoff q-slider on yer copped sample of a balloon on pad A1. now you want to take that data(res and filter cutoff) and overlay them on the kick-bass on pad A12.
