MPC2KXL to 2500 tranfer

Ok, I got the files onto my 2500. (up all night..saving to PC formatted disks takes a LOOONNG time!) The program files work, but the sequence files don't. When I hit play, I get no response, but all the samples load up correctly.
Help!

Check the names of the samples in the program and see if their is question marks at the end of the sounds name. if so then the sounds did not load correctly.

when going through the sequence, I noticed that all the "used" tracks has a "?" in the drum program area of the main screen. Changing that to the actual program name made all the difference.
On another note, playing with the old XL feels so good. I'm seriously thinking about buying another one. most of the extra features the 2500 has can be achieved with free software on the computer. Audacity can timestretch, pitch shift, eq, compress, normalize, etc. I'm not sure if I really need a 100gb hard-drive in my MPC.. that's 20gb more than I have in my computer. An XL with a nice 4gb compact flash drive would be enough for me.
