I have a 512 mo CF, even if i delete files the free memory space remains low and i can't save what i want. I'm trying to format right now. Anybody confirm?

I had the same problem, but then I came back the next day, and there was no problem. I dont know if the CF was trippin or me!

got that message from JJ in the FAQ page :
Q: 1. delete files from CF
2. mode save
3. hit window on "memory card"
4. free memory space does not change = BUG
A: It does not change, even if it deletes 99KB or less of file.
Probably, the place which does not change even if it deletes 100KB or more of file is a defect of CF card.
