I lost my MPC1k to a flood and had to get a new one...was able to salvage my hard drive for a grand.....however....when I installed the latest version of JJOS my product code has changed. I still have my original email when I purchased the OS. Who/where do I contact someone to help? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated

it's clearly stated that codes&passwords for jjos are unique to the machine, so if you get a new mpc, you'll have to pay for the new jjos.

Simple innit, and c'mon it aint that expensive.

I think if you email JJ some photos of the flood ruined MPC (in a reply to the email where JJ sent you the password - so they see you're an old customer), they MAY send you a new password for the new MPC...
