Akai OS does this BUT does JJ OS??

Akai OS does this; Suppose if I copy events from Program A ( Pad 1) to Program B (Pad 2), the events will be copied to Pad 1 in Program B asn opposed to Pad 2.

In the JJ OS, could I select events in Grid Edit, copy them, go to a different program and paste them on a different key?

I dont want to use the 'transpose' feature to do this. Just a simple copy and paste function.

you could copy to a new program ,then assign other samples

Maybe this issue needs to be addressed by JJ.

I only use this feature to layer kicks however it is quite an inconvenience
