longer sounds are not played out

hy

i use the jjos306 now for a few months and everything was fine
until a few days.now it happrns sometimes not everytime that
longer sounds that last one or two bars are sometimes not played
when i play the sequence but when i play the track where i recorded the sound with solo it is played
it also happened that the sound is just played for maybe one second and then stops .....

yes its listed on step edit and the program is on poly,

if i have several sequences that are all the same except that different tracks are muted it happens that some sequences will play the sound and some not but the sound is listed in every step edit

go to the track mute screen and press WINDOW. Do you have it set to IMMEDIATE or to THROUGH?

Try it set to THROUGH

dont know havent changed anytjing there but i think there must be a problem with the jjos, hope its not the hardware cause it worked fine for a few months...
but i will try, i have to leave now so i will tell tomorrow if it worked

lash out and get the new os , comes with a polyphony meter, very handy when using long samples.

Also try converting your long samples to mono , uses 1 polyphony note instead of 2...good work around

sorry it took longer than i thought,
so i switched the sample to mono but this didnt help
to thedvs01 i dont know what you mean cause if im in track mute modus there is no possibility for the windows key so mayby you can tell ma once again please cause i probably misunderstood something...

what i also saw is that the duration of time the sample is played when sequence is on play, depends on which tracks i mute, if there is just one event on the track i mute the sample is played very short if i mute another track with many events the whole sample is played but when i turn off mute again the sample stops immediatly....

(i use no mute groups an everything is on poly)
