JJ O.S. Password Need Help

Okay, so I filled out the form with my product I.D. I'm Ready to buy it. But the "automatic" email isn't so automatic. It won't send me the email. I'm using a yahoo account so it should work right?

i don't think it's automatic. i think they send you the password manually.

Check your 'Bulk' mail folder, my email ended up in there.

Hello, I just had the same problems, my email accounts was automaticaly erasing some "undesired email" (but some were going into the "blocked mail" folder), so I just configured my email account to not filter anything, I tried again on the JJOS and it worked, I received the email right after that
