Just installed JJ OS, now no sound??

hey i just downloaded the new JJ OS, with the PW and everything else. so i rebooted it and got it to start up. and now theres no sound coming from the pads or even the REC counts.

i didnt change anything at all for the connections. my mpc1000 connects to my vestax mixer, which goes to my interface, then to my computer and rokit 5s. i know its not anything else, because my mixer still gets sound from the turntables and also the interface still produces sound from the computer and everything else.

i uploaded a few programs and still no sound. im sure it cant be the samples because i cant even hear the REC count ins.

ahhh just checked with headphones, and they work. so its probably the connection between my mpc and mixer. thanks for the tip.

i was just wondering what else to check because everythang workd well before i installed the 3.07 free version & now i can't get any sound, even with old samples that i have used b4, they still record in and i can hear them but once there in & saved nothing works!....any assistance will be exellent,

try Mode + Pad 10(Other) then...
look at the Global output and make sure the Master level is not turned completely to -42. It should be set somewhere between -12 to 0 for good sound output.

thanks for the assistance, that was set rather low, you were right, i tried it back in the range you said but i'm still having the same problem of being able to hear sample go in and play back but the samples & programs from the card that previously worked no longer produce any sound, any ideas what else may be wrong?......
