Hey all. I sampled a couple of sounds in stereo (with the Mpc2500) and when it came time to output my sound via the 8 individual outputs, it only output sounds from the #1, #3, #5 & #7 outputs. Nothing from #2, #4, #6 & #8.
Can anyone please tell me what the problem is? :(

When you recorded , did you check your screen if there was sound coming in on both channels?
Are your pads panned in the mixer screen?
Are your output's connected right?
Can be a whole lot of things.

Go to trim mode , select one of your recorded samples. then on the top line where you see your sample name there is a letter (-L) when you select that with the cursor you can choose if you wanna see the left or right channel with the jog-wheel , check both to see if one of them is empty.
greetz...

Yes i checked the screen and there was sound on both channels.
The outputs are connected right ... as i am getting sound from each one when playing a mono sample.
I've tried panning left, right and center but nothing still from those output.

I will try going to the Trim mode as you've explained and see if that will do the trick.
Thanks much.

Hey Guys,
Think i got the problem with my outputs solve... thanks to "Fasttracker".
It was my bad when i said the Stereo Samples were not coming out from the #8 output, but instead it was the LEFT (side) MONO Samples were not coming out from the #2, #4, #6 & #8.
I went to the Trim mode and check to see if the samples were on both L&R sides and notice they were on one side only... the left side.
What i did i re-sampled the sound to the RIGHT SIDE and BINGO!!! the samples came out just as i wanted them to: in outputs #2, #4, #6 & #8.
The Stereo samples came out of ALL 8 outputs (off course those that you choose to assign the sample to.)
Thanks again great input. :P  :D
