how do i format a memory card in JJ OS?

i've searched the forum and the JJ OS FAQs for an hour now and haven't been able to find the answer to this. i recently switched to JJ OS and can not find where to format a memory card.

usually this is done directly from the LOAD/SAVE screen and i can select UTIL for formatting the card... but JJ OS doesn't have that option it seems... it has the USB option instead, and this card won't let me save onto it yet... can someone tell me how to format this memory card internally within JJ OS? thanks...

move cursor to 'MEMORY CARD' in load/save screen.

oops... i hadn't even seen the manual from the JJ OS main site ... i have the manual from the sticky here in the forum... but this is a lot more complete... can't believe i overlooked it. thanks.
