JJ OS2 Bug list/topic?

Does it make sense to have a sticky topic for bug reports on OS2 only?

Maybe there is one already and I'm not finding it?

Bought the OS2 last night and looking forward to the INST and NDC stuff the most. Seem to be running into some issues with the grid editing, but I believe there are a number of known issues with that.

Yeah, well i see your concern to have an easy way to find info about os2 only. But there is no reason to clutter up the forum. And yeah there are known issues with the grid edit, I am assuming you are talking about the fact that you can't record events in grid edit, and yeah this is a bug. Just record from the main screen with the tiny gird thingie and then go into grid edit to edit the events.

I can survive without a separate thread for OS2, but I'm afraid people (including myself) will report bugs or issues multiple times without realizing its in there buried between OS1 issues.

In regards to my grid edit issue I ran into yesterday... I laid down some drums in the grid. I then removed a snare off of a step but it continued to play. The user interface no longer showed it, though. I was my way out the door so I did not look in the event list to see if it was still there or not.

I will have to revisit and verify this tomorrow or something. I will report it in the bug thread with details.

yeah i had that happen a little different where it wouldn't delete in grid edit and i had to go to step edit to delete the event. what ever i mean os2 is still in beta.

Yeah. I understand its in beta and I'm not complaining. I just assumed there was a running list of issues so that others would be informed and not report the same thing. Having said that, I'm sure even if there was a list, you'd always have people complaining and not looking at the list before reporting them.

I have software in testing right now at work and its really annoying when I get three or four calls in the first 15 minutes I'm here telling me about an issue that I just sent email about a day earlier

yeah - i think it would be handy to have a sticky just covering OS2 bugs just to keep everyone in the picture.
