you'll be able to drink a lot of rum and still operate as normal, cuz simult is one hell of an easy function. perhaps we'll someday see a shortcut for simulting in the future.

1 - create program, load sounds
2 - put sounds on both A01, A02
3 - enter GPE, go to the MUTE screen (f4)
4 - go to the MODE column where it says MUTE, spin data wheel over to SIMULT for pad A01
5 - set TARGET to A02.
6 - change filters independently of one another.
advice - though the above steps didn't use this, i suggest that when simulting say a kick drum that's on A13, put the sound you're simulting on the same pad of the following bank, ie B13, if unused. if you dont have a system and you need to find the simulted sound, you'll have to look for it. if you do it this way, you have a logical place where you'll put it and you wont have to search.
