what happens if you stike the key real hard? i know on my eps as a controller you had to hit the keys real hard to make the velocity loud. it was wierd cause i could use my triton and it was fine.

record your key press in the mpc, and check the recorded velocity in step edit.

also play it back and hear if it is louder than when you plaid it.

let us know what happens
thanks :)

thx for the reply...
ok you coudn`t know that sorry...it`s a very old yamaha psr-3500 without dynamic keys...so it don`t care how hard you play the keys.

i have just tried to record...in step edit i see..that the keys are recorded with velocity 80 and the pads (full level on) with 127...

but why only on os2..os1 is ok...

i have another question...
is there any track velocity option in jjos2 like in jjos1?

because......if you have chopped up a sample to 32 pieces (or if a play an instrument program)..it`s not very comfortable to control the velocity one by one....hope you understand...

and i still don`t know why the velocity of my midi keyboard is 80 and not 127?
