I have jj os 3.05 on my MPC1000 (brought it this way).. I want to upgrade to the new os, can I just jump right to it? With this OS(3.05) I cant "chop" samples even after watching some how to's and reading the book a few times. I dont know if the akai book is different from jj's os manuel (which I dont have), but if so can someone point me in the right direction...Thanks in advance.
