yeah i suggested some mini-tweaks a couple of days ago, but i didn't find a real bug for weeks. looks like it's 98% done. yay!

edit: what a timig! the os is finished with v4.98, hehe.

I just double-checked on the site to see what you meant. There's nothing there that states v4.98 is the last version. Can you explain more?

no, i just thought it's funny and perfectly timed that the os seems bug free and pretty finished (to me) with version 4.98. i didn't find any more bugs, so there is one last version-number left (4.99) for jj to finish it. or he has to think of a new way to name his os1, as v5 is already used by the mpc 2500.
do you understand? sorry, i sometimes don't know how to get to the point of what i want to say in written english...

thanks for clearing that up. i thought i was missing something.
i agree that 4.98 seems bug-free. i havent come across any bugs either, and we haven't seen any updates in a while. so that's definitely a good thing.
i also understand the confusion with the possibility of the version reaching 5.0. but to clear any confusion, the file name would still be easy to distinguish...

Example: "mpc1000_jv500.bin" instead of "mpc2500_jv500.bin" if it happens to reach version 5.0.

If we reach version 5.0. I'm sure the example provided will be displayed on JJ's website in order to avoid any confusion. :)

Audio tracks still have that start time delay.
