Is it possible to have the reverb of multiple sounds cut each other off. I have a program with very short piano samples that have reverb on them. The program is on mono so they do cut each other off but the reverb that is on each sample still rings on. Is there a way to make the reverb cut off when the next sample comes along without resampling the sounds with the reverb on the.

that is what i thought. that really pisses me off. cause then you loose all the ADSR information. JJ should really add this.

some kind of program export would be cool for this.

alternatively add reverb using audio editing software like wavosaur(which is free),you can load in a vst plugin, tinker with the settings and then process a whole batch of sounds in one go.
way less tedious than resampling each pad, and if the sample names are the same as the originals you won't have to create a new program. Keep the original samples somewhere else to be on the safe side.

yeah I have thought about doing something to the effect of this but the only problem I have with this is that you cannot in the process of majng the beat go and tinker with the reverb settings to obtain a different effect on the sound or sometimes I use the reverb to obtain a different timbre of the effected sample. You lose this ability with any sort of resampling or processing the sound in a external program with a VST and then dumping the sound back onto the MPC.
