MPC1000 and VSTi (Slave Cubase)

anyone know how to channel the different tracks in cubase, so that I can use more then one VSTi?

everytime i select a new track for an VST - the MPC playes all the tracks on all the VSTi's

Im using the german version so i dont know how its called in english. Look for an input filter on the midi track´s settings. Set it to delete all notes except for one channel.

Could be called "input converter", that would be the direct translation. Its here (at least in sx 2):


Switch it to local, a new window pops up. There you have to add a line, "channel" "not equal" "1" and "mode" set to "filter". Thats it, now for that channel all events not on channel 1 are ignored.
