Morally legal

I had a thought. Is it MORALLY "legal" to sell a cracked OS ? I mean, legaly, there's no doubt about it, they can't do it, so they can't sell it. But can you expect people to pay for something you don't own ?
It does'nt mean I won't pay, I already have.I just want to talk about it.
