Freezing problem

This is like third time this has happened...

I used note repeat with 1/16 resolution and suddenly whole machine was unresponsive. Note repeat and backing beat stayed on. I pretty much tried pressing everything but no luck...

I turned volume off and came back couple hours later and fortunately everything was back normal and i was able to save my song.

I used original os for like couple weeks so i have no idea if this could be hardware related. I've had mpc frozen for couple seconds while using instrument programs before.

Anybody else experienced something like this?

Nothing works, but some button combinations lit up pad bank D led. Try holding f2 and f5 at the same time.

Fake edit: wtf i cannot change to 1/8th resolution but other resolutions work. Actual button works.

Real edit: Messed around and 1/8th started to work again, but it's frozen again.

you need to give waaaay more detail than you're giving, we don't even know what os you're using

Oh sorry, yeah it's OS2 0.91.

- This is happening with drum program.
- Last time happened around version 0.81 and before pad upgrade
- MPC is acting as midi master but there's no external machines turned on.
- Holding note repeat and f3 lits after(q1) and numeric leds (is this normal?)
I'm listening that mess right now and tempo is changing randomly ~30bpm up and down.

so it seems like a hardware problem. i'll try to take it apart this weekend... could be something with lcd.

I have been having this issue since 4.99. I thought it was possibly a bad download, so I downloaded it again, same issue. Downloaded and installed the latest update for 4.99 and still it will freeze at times. I don't know what buttons were pushed to make this happen.
