I'd like to know does the arp work with midi notes also? I mean can you create different note patterns with different pitches and control your synth with it?

The arpeggiator does work with midi. I tested pitch, velocity, timing, and duration and my midi device responded to all.

I dont get the pitch transmitted, thought it would be as cc because you said it works. Maybe theres a way for JJ to make it work like a real arpeggiator by translating the tune value to different notes when you insert the pattern.

Another thing that bothers me, how can you edit a single step when creating your pad pattern? Seems to me that isnt possible or am i missing something out?

Hah, I was completely wrong about the pitch. Just tried on my microkorg and it just plays whatever pad note you hit.

I hope this feature is implemented someday.

Duration does some weird stuff too. (causes the microkorg to sometimes have hung notes)

Another thing, be really neat if we could change velocity or tune to other midi ccs for some automated modulation

On the microkorg, I have a monophonic saw wave patch, cranked the resonance up to about 90 and I've set velocity to cutoff. If I play with the velocity on the arpeggiator it makes kinda cool semi-wanna-be acid arps. Or even space-age nasa melodies from 30 years ago.

I think the duration wirks fine, but if its set to high the notes overlap. A midi note is consists of 2 events, note on and note off, the note off command is not linked to the note on so when they overlap the note off command stops the second note too.
