Sync Problems

Hi!

I'm having sync problems with my MPC and my DAW.

Using AKAI OS (ver 1.23) , I could sync the MPC with DAW in Master Mode Set in Time Clock ( I had problems configured in Time Code).
However now using JJ 3.08 I cannot sync in both modes.

I've tried to set it up in Slave Mode but it didnt work.

The software and wires configuration is still the same so i don't think that's the problem.

If it worked with Akai OS, what am I doing wrong with JJ OS?

which DAW are you using ?

I'm using SONAR 6 but i have the same sync problem using Reason (it was working right until JJ was installed).

Check the following:

Mode+Midi/Sync on the MPC

Sync Screen:

Sync in: 1 (Slave)
Mode: Midi Time Code
Receive MMC:ON

Sync out: OFF (Unless you change your Mind and wann use the MPC as Master)

Midi Screen: Active Track recieve Chanel: ALL

Kabel from PC out to MPC Midi in 1
Kabel from MPC Midi out A to PC in

Dont forget: I takes some time untill your DAW recieves the Signal from the MPC, so you need to make a few seconds blanc before your Arrangement starts.
