"When the loop of a sequence is ON, recording is automatically stopped at the end of a sequence.
When a loop is OFF, the recording will continue until you press the [STOP] key.
And the number of the bar when you actually pressed the [STOP] key will be set as the new length for the sequence."
Actually If you set the loop to one bar, the seq continues looping round whilst recording,and the resulting sample is as long as you recorded for.
Whereas this might be considered a bug by jj, i think it could be way more useful,it reminds a little of what mike feedback was saying about direct record on the mpc 2500.
