Hi

I run a JJ OS2 1.01 thru an external Zoom multi-effect, and would like to play the instrument programs in OS2, and record/play the "effected" sound back to the mpc using the direct recording.

I have chosen analog record in, but having both the sounds running internal in the mpc as well as receiving it from audio in, I tend to get some serious feedback problems. I have only tried 1/4 jack cables so far, and always sent the internal sounds from main out and using headphones connected to the mpc.

Anyway, is there some workaround here so that I can use the mpc as a sample player/recorder with the zoom? Seems like I need to "cut" the internal sound and only hear the "effected" sounds, but not sure if that is possible or would help me at all.

My intention is to use the mpc both as a traditional beatmachine, and prehaps make songs using instrument programs which I sometimes records, or just play live.

Or do I need to look for a third unit, some recorder/sampler?
Getting a second mpc1000 might be an option, but that would be an expensive one. My plan is to be as minimalistic as possible here.

Please help me out.
