MPC1000 sync MTC

Dear All

If I set Sync MTC or MIDI Clock on MIDI out A to Daw program, can I still use the same Port(MIDI out A) to trigger VSTi?

yes.
midi clock is a different type of midi message to midi notes and controller messages, it shouldn't cause any problems.
