HARD FREEze UP WHEN SAVING ALL PROGRAMS

Does any body, have this problem when they had upgrade to OS 2, that when yo try too save your all programs to your HARD DRIVE it freeze your MPC 2500, the funny thing is that i went back too AKAI OS V 1.23 try too save to ALL PROGRAMS, with AKAI OS V 1.23 yes it let me SAVE, then i swicth back to OS 1 version 5.53 to see if it would let me SAVE my ALL PROGRAMS it FREEZE up also, from the time i install OS 2 i got this problem. and even you go back to OS 1 version that you have to install in oder to run OS 2 have the same problem.

Can some one help me on this, i even both a new HARD DRIVE thinking maybe the HARD DRIVE gone bad.
