OS2 1.03 cannot adjust filter 2 send Level in mixer.

Wassup guys just tring to get another confirmation,mode+pad 12 choose FX2 Type,choose effect,got to mix,choose pad,arrow up choose 2,arrow down,turn data wheel to adjust send level and nothing happens.
after confirmation some one can send to jj.

oops im trippin! had on 4 band eq.
