main screen track velocity settings (or lack thereof((?)))

in the akai os and jj os1 i was able to adjust the velocity settings for each track as a percentage from the main screen. i don't see this option on the main screen of os2. is there a simpler way to do this other than use the 'whole' function in the program mode of os2 to turn down all of my sounds in my program simultaneously?
