updatin to JJOS help MPC1K

I bought a 1 gig card.. when I put it in the MPC1000 it aske d if i wanted to reformat the disk...so I did .... I just went to download the os I hooked up the computer to the mpc and when I went to copy the OS file of the computer it said that windows needed to reformat the disk so I pushed the ok button . and the computer said faild formating disk and did not let me drag the OS file into the MPC disk/////should I have not formated the disk to the MPC ?? do I need to BUy a new disk just to update the OS.... if anyone can help that would be greatly appreaciated ....

Should work when you format it with the mpc... it'll make it into (if i remember correctly) fat16-file format.

Try formatting it again with the mpc and not formatting it with windows.
